The present project is composed by 16 plots whose license is intended for apartment buildings and a Hotel.
The project is located on a 'mixed construction site' in Azeda de Baixo, Setúbal, with 12,900m2 of land.
The plot infrastructures are in place.
PIP approved at the end of 2021 for urban development and construction of flats and a 4 star hotel.

This PIP is included in the list of urbanistic commitments in the revision of the PDM of Setúbal in 2021.
There is the possibility to invest individually in one of the 16 plots and develop the project conditioned to the approved PIP for each of the plots.
Located at the entrance of Setúbal, in the new developed area of Setúbal with new roads around the neighbourhood and a new shopping centre (the first in Setúbal) which opened in October 2014, the lots are located south of Av. Antero de Quental.
Setúbal is located 32 km from Lisbon. Between the northern part of the river Sado and to the west, in the beautiful area of Serra da Arrábida (natural park). Setúbal has one of the most beautiful bays in the world. The district of Setubal has 900,000 inhabitants and more than 130,000 residents in the Municipality of Setubal which is an important urban centre of more than 172 km2 divided into 8 sub-zones and belongs to the 'Greater Lisbon' area. Setúbal is connected to the rest of Portugal with excellent motorways that allow you to travel to any part of the country, the main ones being: A12- connects directly to Lisbon, part of the expo and airport by the Vasco da Gama Bridge, and to the western part of Lisbon by the A2 motorway and the 25 de Abril bridge; A2- a motorway that connects Lisbon to the Algarve, in the south of Portugal, and passes through Setúbal.
